Halff Honored with PSMJ 2025 AEC Building a Better World Award

RICHARDSON, Texas — Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned and full-service infrastructure consulting firm, was announced as an honoree of PSMJ Resources’ 2025 AEC Building a Better World Award.

PSMJ’s AEC Building a Better World Award recognizes architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms that have gone above and beyond project delivery to give back to communities through monetary donations and volunteering time or services to social causes and nonprofits. Winners are selected by a panel of industry visionaries and leaders based on the nature and impact of the activities.

Halff was one of 17 firms recognized by PSMJ across the industry for making a lasting difference in their communities.

Halff’s community involvement efforts through the Halff Community Initiative (HCI) demonstrate the firm’s commitment to improving lives and communities. HCI is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2017 to enhance neighboring communities while raising awareness of causes that employees value and support.

The employee-run organization is designed to give back to the communities where employees live and work through service and financial contributions. Since launching eight years ago, HCI has donated more than $1 million to and volunteered thousands of hours with organizations selected by employees across every state Halff serves.
